About Bandra–Worli Sea Link
Opened in 2009, the sea link cut the Bandra–Worli drive from an hour to ten minutes and gave the city a new skyline signature. Pedestrians aren't allowed on it, but the views of it are the attraction: from Bandstand and Bandra Fort to the north, from Worli Sea Face to the south, and from a taxi crossing at night when the pylons are lit.
Tips
- Best photo spot is Bandra Fort (Castella de Aguada) at the end of Bandstand
- Ask your taxi driver to take the sea link rather than Mahim Causeway, it's worth the toll
- No stopping on the bridge, photos from a moving car only
